Text messaging is not currently active. These terms describe the inquiry-related messaging program planned for future activation. Contact form submission does not send a text or confirm enrollment in an active program.
Program and message purpose
The Kerr Ventures LLC business communications program is intended for responses to corporate inquiries, follow-up on business conversations, and related information requested by the recipient. These terms do not authorize promotional campaigns or messages from other businesses.
Optional consent
You may indicate SMS consent by entering your mobile number and selecting the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our Contact page. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or submitting an inquiry. Providing a phone number or acknowledging our Privacy Policy alone does not authorize SMS. When the program becomes active, messages may be sent using an automated messaging platform.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the associated business conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Kerr Ventures LLC does not charge a separate subscription fee for this program.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any program message to withdraw consent. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request withdrawal by emailing [email protected].

Reply HELP to a program message for assistance, or email [email protected]. Until texting is activated, please use email for all support requests.
Eligibility and delivery
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Notify us if that number changes or is reassigned. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are not shared for third parties’ own purposes. Providers may process them solely to deliver communications on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Activation and changes
Messaging will be enabled only after the required registration and messaging configuration are completed. We may update these terms when the program changes. Any materially different use of messages will require appropriate consent.
